Cherish Kennels Reg'd is the home to quality, healthy breeding lines of Champion Shih Tzu and Champion Bichon Frise dogs that make excellent family pets and top show dogs.  We are located in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.

Our kennel and all our dogs are registered in good standing with the CKC (Canadian Kennel Club).  It is important that our dogs are placed in good pet homes where they will be loved and happy. 

Although we show our dogs, all our dogs are an integral part of our family everyday.  They live, play and enjoy life with us right in our home.

All our dogs have been exclusively handled by our daughter Elizabeth. 

  Meet our family:  

 "ROSIE" -Shih Tzu

 "Rosie" (pictured on top) is our American/Canadian Champion Shih Tzu (MBPIS/Am./Can. Ch. Soolyn's Tropical Rose of Love) who ranked #3 Shih Tzu puppy and #1 Female Shih Tzu Puppy in Canada in 2009, and #9 Shih Tzu and #3 Female Shih Tzu in Canada in 2010 (while also completing an American Championship at the same time.)  Rosie is now enjoying retirement and awaiting to become a mom.  Rosie is known for loving everyone and is great with children. 

 "Lily" - Bichon Frise

"Lily" is our Canadian Champion Bichon Frise (BPIS/Can. Ch. Kenningway Lily of the Valley) who as a puppy in 2011 was ranked as the #9 Bichon Frise, #2 Female Bichon and #1 Bichon puppy in Canada.  Lily follows in her father's footsteps who in previous years was the #1 Bichon in Canada (Am/Can.Fluffette Encore at Kenningway).  Lily is a typical Bichon who lives life to the fullest.  She loves to play and snuggle with her family.  When she is not at shows she just loves being a regular, loveable pet.
